The ACKC trips appearing on our schedule are led by volunteer trip coordinators who follow Club and ACA procedures, and who have the leadership skills to insure that our activities are conducted safely and enjoyably.

Trips are the single most important part of our club, and in order to provide enough trips and a good variety of trips, we need more trip coordinators. Leading a trip is a rewarding and enjoyable experience, and can be done by paddlers who have basic paddling skills, and have received some simple instruction and mentoring. Please let the Club executive council know if you are interested in becoming a trip coordinator so that we can provide the necessary training and guidance.

The forms below are to be downloaded by trip coordinators to use on our trips. We suggest that you keep a copy of the trip roster/signup sheet by your phone prior to a trip so that you can list people's names and ACA number ahead of time. TCs might also download the ACKC/ACA membership form to have along, in case a guest wants to join the club instead of paying the $5 event fee.
