General membership meetings are held eight times a year, February through November, excluding July and August. . A Trip Planning meeting, for Trip Coordinators and interested Members is scheduled in January.  A Club Picnic is usually held during the Summer. The November meeting is our Awards Potluck Dinner, where we mark the close of the paddling season, share a meal with friends, and celebrate our achievements for the year. 

All general meetings are held at Central United Methodist Church, 17 Nanticoke Ave., Endicott, NY 13790.  Meetings usually begin with a brief business meeting, followed by a program.  Meetings usually are called for 7:00 p.m., except for the Awards Dinner in November, which begins at 6:30 p.m.
