The Ahwaga Canoe and Kayak Club is a social club located in the Twin Tiers region of New York State and Pennsylvania dedicated to providing and supporting recreational opportunities for its members, including organized trips, outings, programs and services such as paddling and safety instruction. General membership meetings are held seven times a year, March through November, excluding July and August. If you love paddling in the company of other sociable folks, or are interested in becoming a paddlers, we are the club for you!

The American Canoe Association (ACA) is a nationwide, not-for-profit organization that is in service to the broader paddling public by providing education on matters related to paddling, supporting stewardship of the paddling environment, and enabling programs and events to support paddlesport recreation.  Ahwaga has become a PAC (Paddle America Club), entitling its members to ACA membership at reduced rates.

All active members of Ahwaga must now become members of the ACA, by purchasing a yearly membership or a per-event membership in addition to the modest membership fee charged by Ahwaga.

2010 Memberships are as follows:

• Ahwaga Canoe and Kayak Club
  is $15 per year for an individual or
  family membership.
• ACA membership is $30 per year
  for individuals or $40 per year
  for families.
